The HRC100 model is designed for standard pallets and can process from 30 kg to 41 kg of fresh produce per batch (depending on your product). The average batch takes about 35-48 hours.
Easy to use. Just press the START button and the freeze dryer will send a signal when the process is complete.
The set includes an industrial Premier vacuum pump, there is no additional charge for the industrial Premier pump

Maintenance
Change the vacuum pump oil every 20-30 batches (takes about 2 minutes). Clean the chamber if it is contaminated with lyophilized products.
