Convenient 5-tray dryer is placed on the countertop. Large capacity – can freeze from 7.5-15 liters of material.
Touchscreen color screen.
7.5 liter ice condensation capacity.
Operation control allows you to customize the dryer’s operation according to your recipes (up to 10 different heat treatment stages and 12 drying steps).
Freezing rate control. This means that the freezing rate can be accelerated or slowed down.
Final freezing point control.
It controls how long the material is held at the final freezing temperature before the drying cycle begins.
Shelf temperature control during the drying cycle. This includes setting up to five different temperatures on the shelves, allowing the material to dry in stages at different temperatures. For example, you can start drying the material at -12˚C and increase the temperature in stages until the final drying temperature is 21˚C.
The shelf heaters can be set to automatically control the sublimation level during the primary drying cycle. The unit controls the vacuum pressure applied during this process.
The system records and maintains a log of pressure and temperature throughout all parts of the freeze drying cycle.
Provides continuous real-time pressure and temperature display.
The device can also connect and transmit freeze drying cycle data to a nearby computer via an internet cable.
